If products are in stock we will get them in a box and on their way within 24 hours of receiving your order!

Where is the Rhinestone Monkey located?

We are located in a small town in sunny Central Florida known as Wauchula.  Wauchula is about 80 miles SE of Tampa and  80 miles SW of Orlando, smackdab in the middle of Redneckville, USA.

Do we carry Redneck Royalty products?

You bet!  We are currently the ONLY dealer of Redneck Royalty.  We created it and are currently trademarking the brand.  Keep watching for new Redneck Royalty products all the time!

Can I purchase Redneck Royalty products in bulk for resale?

Absolutely!  Contact us by email  to inquire about products and pricing.

Do I receive a discount if I am a member of Redneck Community?

We do offer some discounts to members of the Community.  When we offer those discounts an email is sent to you through the Community.

 

What is the best way to measure myself for the right fit when buying belts?

O.K. Here is the best way that I have found to measure. 

1.      Put on the jeans or pants that you want to wear with the belt.
2.      Take a string or ribbon and weave it through the belt buckles.
3.      Make sure to overlap the ends where the buckle will be and mark the end.
4.      Take the string or ribbon out and measure it in inches.
5.      Look at the measurements of the different sizes listed on each belt.

We measure each size of belt in each style. We have found that sometimes they can differ in sizes by quite a bit.

PLEASE DO NOT pay attention to the size of the belt, nobody will know if your belt is an XL or XXL.  

How do you handle returns?

If your item is defective in any way, please return it to us!  We donʼt want you to be unhappy with your purchases.  If you donʼt like the item and it is in the same condition as it arrived in, please return it to us.  We highly recommend sending it insured!

How long do I have to return my purchase?

You have 5 days to let us know that you need to return your purchase.  You can do this via email.  Once you have let us know, you have 30 days to get it back to us.

What if I need to exchange the item for a different size?

Let us know by email and we will send out the new size as soon as we receive the email that you need the different size and you have put the other one in the mail!

Do you have RUSH shipping?

Absolutely!!  You check that box when checking out!

If I happen to live in Wauchula, do I need to have my item shipped?

Of course not!  We would be more than happy to deliver the item to you!  Just check the store pick up option at check out. 

Do you accept faxed orders?

Yes, we do accept fax orders.  You can simply fax us an order with your credit card information and we will get that order out to you.  The fax number is 863-773-5718.

Do you accept checks?

You can also send your order with a check to P.O. Box 100, Wauchula, FL  33873.  We will send your order out as soon as we get it!

Can I make suggestions about your items?

We LOVE suggestions!  Let us know what you think.  We want to supply you with the best SPARKLES available.  If something isnʼt right, we will do our best to correct it!

If there is something we donʼt carry that you would like to see, let us know!  We donʼt know about everything available out there and can always use help finding products to carry.
