If products are in stock we will get them in a box and on their way within 24 hours of receiving your order!
Where is the Rhinestone Monkey located?
We are located in a small town in sunny Central Florida known as Wauchula. Wauchula is about 80 miles SE of Tampa and 80 miles SW of Orlando.
How do you handle returns?
If your item is defective in any way, please return it to us! We do not want you to be unhappy with your purchases. If you do not care for the item, and it is in the same condition as it arrived in, please return it to us. We highly recommend sending it insured!
How long do I have to return my purchase?
You have 5 days to let us know that you need to return your purchase. You can do this via email. Once you have let us know, you have 15 business days to get it back to us.
Do you have RUSH shipping?
Absolutely!! You check that box when checking out! Please keep in mind that if your item needs to be sized we may NOT be able to rush the shipment.
Where does the jewelry featured in the category "Fantastic Finds" come from?
These are pieces that are buyers find and purchase that are one-of-a-kind pieces. We generally only have the one of them. Sometimes in our travels we may run across a piece of jewelry that is of exceptional value and beauty. If our buyers feel it is something our customers would like, even if only one is available, they will purchase it. Then we feature that piece in the Exclusive Pieces category. Sometimes these pieces may come from Estate sales. If this is the case they will clearly be listed as Estate pieces.
What kind of jewelry is in the "Designer Jewelry" category?
Our buyers are always trying to find fresh designers with an exciting new look. When we find these designers, this is the area of the site where their pieces can be found. There will be a page that will describe the designer and their work. Just look for the link to click.
Is it true that you offer a personal shopper service?
YES! We do offer a personal shopper service!
How does the service work?
You either fill out the contact us form on our site and we can contact you via e-mail OR you can call us at 1-800-994-4508 and one of our shoppers will go to work for you. You give us a budget and some ideas of what you think you might want to purchase. We search ALL our resources and either call or e-mail you with three choices. If you do not like any of our choices we can submit three more. Once you decide on a gift to purchase we can gift-wrap the item in your choice of gift-wrap options and deliver the gift to you OR the reciepient. We can also hold your gift in our warehouse until you are ready to give the gift. If you select this option, we will only hold the item for 60 days and a non-refundable down payment is required. If you do not request that the item be delivered within the 60 day period, you may either pay the remaining balance or consider the down payment forfeited. If you pay the remaining balance, we will hold your item until you request it. The amount of the down payment is calculated on a percent of the cost of the item.

If an item is listed as CERTIFIED, does it come with documentation?
If the item is listed as certified, we proudly include a copy of the certificate with your purchase.
What if the item is not listed as certified?
Most of our diamond jewelry that is NOT certified comes with a certificate of authenticity, which can be used for insurance purposes. Keep in mind that not all diamonds are considered certified. That does NOT mean that they are low quality diamonds!

We have information on our diamond quality page that should help you understand all you need to know about diamonds. Just because a diamond has not been certified does not mean that it is not the diamond you have been looking for!

We have a page loaded with tons of information about gemstones. We also have a listing of birthstones located there.
What is the best way to clean my jewelry?
It depends on what it is. See our All About Diamonds page for instructions on cleaning diamonds and our All About Gemstones for instructions on cleaning those. If it is simply gold jewelry you wish to clean you may use a cleaning solution that you can purchase at most retail stores or you can use an ultrasonic cleaner or steam cleaner. Ammonia diluted with water works well also.
How do I know what ring size to purchase?
There are several different ways to figure out what ring size you need. We offer a ring sizing guide that you can print out and use. You can find it on the Ring Size Guide page. You can also use a ring sizer. Wal-Mart has them in their jewelry section. You can check your ring size while you buy groceries. If you are trying to purchase a ring for someone else and do not want them to know, simply acquire a ring that they wear and take it to Wal-Mart, or wherever they sell jewelry, and slip it on a ring sizer cone. It will give you the size of the ring. Then when you order just use that size. Rings can always be resized for a nominal fee by most jewelers, regardless of place of purchase.
If I happen to live in Wauchula, do I need to have my item shipped?
Of course not! We would be more than happy to deliver the item to you! Just check the store pick up option at check out. If you live in Wauchula or the surrounding areas and wish to pick up your item we strongly recommend calling us at 1-800-994-4508. One of our representatives can make those arrangements for you.
Do you accept faxed orders?
Yes, we do accept fax orders. You can simply fax us an order with your credit card information and we will get that order out to you. The fax number is 863-773-5718.
Do you accept checks?
You can also send your order with a check to P.O. Box 100, Wauchula, FL 33873. We will send your order out as soon as we get it!
